Caroline Train founded The Voice Initiative in 2024.

 

Caroline was a teacher in South London and then moved into teacher training with the education charity Teach First, working in a training and coaching role with new teachers across London.

It was at Teach First that Caroline first identified a significant need for vocal training for new teachers. Following a small pilot scheme in London and the East of England, she pioneered a nationwide vocal training programme for all 1,600 Teach First teachers embarking on their initial teacher training programme.

Caroline founded The Voice Initiative to continue this vital work, focusing on delivering group training and one to one support for teachers and school communities.
